Returns & Refunds

Please read all the conditions below.

Vivid Gold reserves the right to refuse a return / refund / exchange request.
Please make your claims for "damaged items on delivery" or missing items within 6 hours of receipt of your order.

Returns (if applicable)

If you decide to return your purchase, you can do so within 14 days after your purchase. The following conditions apply:

  • The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened
  • If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the return, unless there is a manufacturing defect
  • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must be returned too.

If your item is eligible for a return, you will be able to raise the return request through the our sales consultants. Vivid Gold team shall contact you within 24 hours for claim validation and to confirm the manufacturing defect. 

If the return was initiated for reasons other than receiving a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, the customer will be responsible for covering the applicable delivery charges, for domestic shipping and delivery charges, import fees, and duties for international shipping

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund within the communicated amount of days, please contact us at support@vividgold.co.ke

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace / exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace / exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@vividgold.co.ke
